Functional cookies are in place to ensure that proper functionality of the website.

These cookies enable us to serve personalise our content and store and remember preferences within a logged in website platform.

These cookies are generally persistent cookies. The placement of these cookies do not require your permission.

BrightCove cookies are used to deliver videos within our platforms. This improves the experience of video players with in platforms by allowing us to optimise for the device, network quality and other factors which may impact performance. BrightCove cookies do not store personal information.

The satellite meida session cookie, also known as an in-memory cookie, transient cookie or non-persistent cookie, exists only in temporary memory while the user navigates the website to know the user clicking around the site is the same user.

Every user session gets a unique session cookie and this is used to assciate the User ID with features within the website the require authencation.

This cookie is only used on the Telstra Vantage website.

When you visit a website with the Oracle Eloqua asynchronous tracking scripts deployed, cookies are placed in your browser. Cookies help identify you as a website visitor according to your specific browser and computer combination in the event that you return to this domain. As visitors browse your website, Oracle Eloqua uses cookies and the visitor's IP address to build a visitor record. Oracle Eloqua cookies remain in the browser until the visitor deletes them or for 13 months.

This cookie is used to help record the visitor’s use of the website.

It is used to collect statistics about site usage such as when the visitor last visited the site.

This information is then used to improve the user experience on the website. This Siteimprove Analytics cookie contains a randomly generated ID used to recognize the browser when a visitor reads a page. The cookie contains no personal information and is used only for web analytics.

It is also used to track the sequence of pages a visitor looks at during a visit to the site. This information can be used to reduce user journeys, and enable visitors to find relevant information quicker.
szcib Persistent cookie - expires after 400 days or until the visitor deletes them. This cookie is used to determine if the user has accepted or declined cookies. This is only set if you use the Siteimprove Cookie Info Banner solution.
sz-feedback-should-hide Expires when the browser is closed or session ends This cookie is used to hide/close a feedback widget for specific sessions (visits) on the Analytics Feedback feature. It is set when a user clicks a button in the feedback widget which indicates they don't wish to see the widget again. The cookie contains no personal information and is used only for web analytics. It simply contains the text 'true' when it is set.
_cfduid Persistent cookie

The "_cfduid" cookie is set by the CloudFlare service to identify trusted web traffic. It does not correspond to any user id in the web application, nor does the cookie store any personally identifiable information. 

What does the CloudFlare cfduid cookie do?
AWSELB / AWSELBCOR Expires when the browser is closed or session ends The AWSELB cookie ensures that all page views for the same visit (user session) are sent to the same endpoint. This enables us to determine the sequence of a user's page views needed for features like Behaviour Tracking and Funnels.
