Telstra Products and Services that may involve data processing
Telstra may be subject to different privacy and data protection laws depending on where your employees or end users are located, and where Telstra processes personal data in the course of providing products or services to you. By submitting an order to Telstra for any of the products or services specified below in circumstances when these privacy and data protection laws apply, you and Telstra agree to the terms contained in the applicable Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and such DPA will be incorporated by reference into the applicable services agreement between you and Telstra:
